August Open House
The Odenton Heritage Society's August Open House will be on Sunday, August 5, 2018. Sunday, August 5 will be photo copying day at the Odenton Heritage Society Museum. If you have an old photograph of Odenton or someone who lived there, stop by and scan it for the Society's digital collection. September Open House
Our September Open House will be 9/2. 1PM-4PM The Odenton Heritage Society Museum will look at general stores with photo displays showing Jerman’s store in Gambrills and Whittles store in Odenton in the 1940’s. We are located at 1367 Odenton Rd, Odenton, MD 21113 in the Odenton Heritage Society Historical Center. Admission is free with tours of our museum. The Museum displays community history since 1870 and the growth of Odenton’s railroads. We hope to see you there!

Odenton Day 2018!
Odenton Day, October 6, 2018 As part of a joint effort by the Odenton Heritage Society, Odenton Volunteer Fire Company, the Greater Odenton Improvement Association and the West County Chamber of Commerce, we will celebrate Odenton Day on October 6th! Odenton Heritage Society November Open House
Our Open House on Sunday, November 4 will be Nevamar Day. Museum and Exhibits will be open from 1PM - 4PM Former employees of the Nevamar plastics plant, once Odenton's largest employer, are invited to talk to OHS volunteers about their careers, view displays about laminates, fibers, and other products, and donate photographs, literature, and objects. Annual Christmas Tree Lighting
Santa is coming! The annual Odenton Christmas tree lighting will be on Saturday December 1st, from 5PM until 7PM held at the Odenton MARC station (west side) at the White Rabbit Coffee Shop (1402 Odenton Road). There will be Christmas music, refreshments, the tree lighting, and Santa’s arrival by fire truck. Parents are encouraged to bring their children to visit with Santa and meet your neighbors.
