OHS March Open House
The OHS Open House on March 4th will feature a new display about Army communications training at Camp Meade during World War I (1917-1918). The display includes photo blowups of women who joined the Hello Girls and served as telephone operators in Europe, and soldiers who were trained as telegraph operators. The OHS Museum displays community history since 1870 and the growth of Odenton’s railroads. Free admission and tours. We're always looking for new members so sign-up while you're visiting!…

OHS April Open House
Since Easter falls on the first Sunday of April the date of the April Open House has been changed to Sunday, April 8, 2018. Victorian Trains: Railroads and Odenton in Turn of the Century Photographs will be the theme/ The OHS Museum, which displays community history since 1870, is located inside the Odenton Heritage Society Historical Center, 1367 Odenton Road. Admission is Free!

The Odenton Heritage Society will be represented at the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company's Craft and Vendor Show this Saturday, April 21. 9AM-2PM Odenton Volunteer Fire Company Fire Company Hall, 1425 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD. Literature about the history of Odenton and the mission of our organization will be available to take home. We will also have OHS merchandise and craft items for sale. THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE COMING AND SUPPORTING US! The Odenton Heritage Society is holding a High Tea community social gathering and fundraiser at the Odenton Historical Center, located at 1367 Odenton Road. May Open House

The Odenton Heritage Society open house on Sunday, May 6 will feature a new display, “Civilians to Soldiers,” about new Army recruits at Camp Meade during World War I.
